This is hardly selling out. I mean, it's not like Kevin Barnes is allowing Comcast to take advantage of the emotional connection between the fans and his music. I'm pretty sure hipsters and teens aren't Comcast's target demographic. All they're doing is playing a snippet of a happy, feel-good song that should create the happy, feel-good emotions necessary to even think about giving Comcast your money.
