Fair point and not to turn this into a political discussion or anything, but Getting diagnosed with a mental illness is a very important step towards getting better, and the dismissal of the diagnosis can be very damaging to the people suffering. There are a lot of dignosis' today, but I think it may have to do with the fact that there is more knowledge about mental illness today and you know it's sad that so many people have them, but hey, human beings are fragile.
I think it's pretty fucked up how celebrated John Lennon is for promoting peace, when it is well known that he had a problem with violence against women.
Yeah it was. I'm not good with computers apparently. I get that my opinion is probably a little one sided and unfair. I just am never getting over how angry Walt not helping Jane made me.
Walt 100 percent killed Jane. Not only did he not save her when could have, when he shook Jesse he turned Jane on her back. Jesse and Jane fell asleep on their sides and she wouldn't have died had it not been for Walt.
There is just no need to feel sympathy for these boys and talk about their lives being "ruined" when they are the ones who did that by raping an unconscious girl. It is disgusting for CNN to be talking about the boys being labeled as sex offenders as if it was some kind of terrible thing that happened TO them and not BY them because they raped someone.
I completely agree with everything you said. Stereogum has been looking back instead of forward far too much lately. I am getting especially sick of the constant "top 10"," worst to best" and "this album turns 20" type articles that make up way more space here than they should. There ought to be more focus on new exciting music than there is at the moment.
