this was so great!! it makes me want more Parenthood/Vgum crossover - next week a Greg T. Nelson recap of Shahs of Sunset pretty please
i love the feedly app but the synching is garbage
i thought Ted was 100% anti-Don and this episode sealed it. at least if Ted's kids end up "screwed up" it wouldn't be his fault the way it is with Don. also, Peggy really needed a heartbreak like this to facilitate doubling down on her career.
maron came off pretty passive aggressive in that fight with kumail, too. it's like his pendulum is swinging back the other way - gradually he's turning back into the defensive a-hole who thinks he's better than everyone, then it'll be back to unhappy about how under-appreciated he is, etc. they both do good work but this just makes them both look like they don't have a sense of humor about themselves. At all.
i love the mindy project! a lot of my friends watch & like it, and it seems like a lot of the internet does, too. buuuut i'm a big fan of impractical jokers so what do i know?
i may be biased b/c i love merritt weaver but i find elizabeth VERY on putting. dating her is the only recognizably human thing schmidt has done on this show.
"Treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery are ineffective long term and each of them serves to PROMOTE the spread of cancer cells" did you copy paste this shit from yahoo answers?
being famous sounds like a goddman nightmare and opening up your personal life to scrutiny is a bad choice. but using your famous face and name to publicize the importance of proactive medical measures, at the cost of personal privacy, is an amazing thing. whereas gwyneth paltrow uses her name and face to sell thousand dollar shot glasses. so.
pretty sure two of the homeless people in my neighborhood have this exact same conflict
literally neither. what you gain in brand recognition you lose in extreme vitriol from all the people who want to see his penis. it's biz 101.
i'd like to exclusively offer christina hendricks a pair of FREE BANANAB0AT HAND BRAS FOR LIFE pls retweet
he has an opportunity to contextualize what's happening to him and give it a new perspective and voice. i'm not saying he should shut up, i'm saying team up with christina hendricks for a 'my eyes are up here' initiative or something. don't bemoan it, channel it.
so much this. sorry you're being objectified, line forms to the left.
i already really love it! i rarely lol, but that show really makes it happen. i watched the clip of him 'helping' the caricaturist guy several times, returns undiminished.
at least you get the choice to donate - of the large going concerns, you're inadvertently paying for MOST of them not to have to take on any risk with their own capital.
hollywood is an imperfect system with lots of negative externalities, but if you're making an argument about economic incentives, then this is decidedly an awesome idea. because if internet interest can be quantified and monetized this quickly, that signals a very large market opportunity that might encourage studios to take on more diversified risk. which is how you get a smorgasbord of great content, which is the ultimate victory for the audience.
i think i read somewhere that lena dunham had OCD as a kid/maybe still has it? even though i'm not a brain doctor, i think it a little bit makes sense in the context of hannah's character - like she's so hyperfocused on some stuff that she's too exhausted to be anything but lazy about other stuff. as far as the male characters changing unpredictably... i don't know. people at this age change unpredictably all the time. my biggest problem with the whole charlie is an internet mogul thing is that marnie showed up at his office without a purse on! you're not even in your home borough, where is your handbag?? god i love talking about girls.
the baby as shia lebouf. maya rudolph as alec baldwin.
