My old boss was once on an episode of this show as one of the eligible ladies. I just had to share that because can you imagine having to work FOR someone who would sign up for a show like this?
Will he and his mother ever get through all the shenanigans (incest!) and hi-jinks (major U.S. crime!) and finally get together? We'll have to watch and see!!!
I so agree. Since when should people get rewarded for being the most average? I tried to watch Modern Family. I tried to like it. But the show tried to so hard to be everything to everyone that I just couldn't relate.
If I had to pick a "pleasant" family sitcom to watch, I'd choose The Middle. Brick is my boy!!!
I saw The Sandlot in a movie theater (I'm 100) and in the original theatrical version there was a subplot about how PF Flyers could make someone jump higher and run faster and basically be the best baseball player ever. And when Benny got the shoes, I was in awe. The shoes were like magic and it really added something special to the movie.
So when I got older and bought the movie (first on VHS, then on DVD), I was shocked! appalled! devastated! to find that there was no longer any mention of PF Flyers in the movie. My great grandchildren now watch it with me and I feel a deep sorrow because I know that there will always be a piece of magic missing from the new version.
And by that I mean, I've seen this movie way too many times.
Agreed. But I don't get J Lo either. She's a much worse fashion designer and singer than she is an actress. And she's not really a good actress. And she has also been in a loooooong string of flops.
Maybe they both realized that they're the same person and they can't occupy the same space in the same universe at once or it will erupt the space-time continuum (or something nerdy like that).
