I've also been struggling with depression that has lead me to a suicide attempt more than 2 years ago, and I can't never find comfort nor reason on the "hold ons" and "hang ons". Such a meaningless cliché. Why should I hang on?
The most ridiculous aspect of it is making it look like it was his idea and his money. "Don't tell the label", really? If it's supposed to be a joke, it's not funny.
