Hadn't heard of Slaughter Beach, Dog, but decided to listen to the new album based on this comment. You gave such a perfectly accurate description. Also really liking it.
I hope maybe you read this one day. I'm posting here nearly 3 years after your comment. I just wanted to say I really liked it.
This is the 908th comment on this article and I've only seen Merchandise's "A Corpse Wired For Sound" mentioned twice - once at #25 and once as an honourable mention. I'm not saying it's a sure bet for top 10 lists (it's my #6), but I expected to see it a little bit more frequently here. Please don't forget about it.
I feel kinda silly saying this, but Josie might be my all-time favourite love song
That actually happens here. Then some poor guy with a magnet on a string goes onto the stage after the dance and picks up all the coins.
What about Naps - "You Will Live in a Cool Box"? James Rettig and I really like it.
Sunchokes was sweet
Thundercat? Bill Calahan?
That American Wrestlers album is really good. Enjoyed the article you guys did a few weeks ago.
he was even more punchable looking when he was in Moxy Fruvous
Sounds like a less memorable Constantines song
Lazaretto kinda sounds like a Rage Against the Machine song
I was NOT ready for that
Michael Landsberg is probably the worst host on television. I've never seen a non-awkward interview with him.
