man oh man I wish there were more live dates for this. dreamy lineup.
it's a limited edition of like 1000 or something, which is why they won't have it on tour
I was on the edge of anticipation to hear this record and I was so pleasantly surprised with each new song. It feels fresh and raw and in your face. it is everything I've wanted to hear from them since Yellow House. a truly honest and brave record. absolutely killer. if it isn't AOTY then I honestly have zero hope for anything. nothing else comes close for me
sarcasm doesn't translate?
this is most DEFINITELY album of the year. wow.
could say the same about Grizzly Bear.
song makes me think of winter days and roasting a marshmellow on the fire
I am so anxious to hear more. they have evolved and grown so much. without a doubt will be their best and most refined release to date
here's a pic if u have a hard time fantasizing http://27.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_kvx3urHw661qzlw9go1_500.jpg
picture yourself here for a moment: floating on that salt bed in Bolivia where the sky is reflected in the ground and you're sitting there looking at your crystal clear reflection. and suddenly it all makes sense to you. you feel like you're angellic and you realize you are in heaven on earth. everything is very perfect and serene. THEN A STORM COMES OVER AND EVERYONE IS VERY UPSET THAT YOU WENT TO BOLIVIA! and you're like, "BUT IIII CAN'T HELP MYSELF!!!" and everyone kinda shrugs and soon forget that you were ever in Bolivia. and at the very end everything is very quiet. and suddenly Daniel comes out of no where with his guitar, picking it very quickly and it soothes a lot then you fall asleep in the water and wake up AND IT WAS ALL A DREAM
or maybe a little snacks while U jam. like some chips or a donut
or sober. sober is good too. with a big glass of scotch for sootheville
listen to it drunk and blasting on a big ass speaker. perfect
seriously, not sure how this sounds like Radiohead at all. yeah yeah they toured together. they are definitely not riding their dick. jesus
