Hey man, why don't you SHUT THE BLOCHEAD UP :)
It just has such a great haze to it that Lost in the Dream has less of.
I'd like to put a plug in for Young Dreams - Between Places. That was a big indie-pop surprise for me. Will probably be on my year-end list.
Washed Out. I'm really excited for that one.
It's gotta be Random Access Memories. I didn't get the backlash at all. Here are my top 5 though: 1. Daft Punk - Random Access Memories 2. Youth Lagoon - Wondrous Bughouse 3. Kurt Vile - Wakin On A Sunny Day 4. Chance the Rapper - ACIDRAP 5. Rhye - Woman
Confucious say, it is not the opinion one expresses, but the way in which said opinion is expressed, that leads to downvotes.
Yeah, honestly Gorilla Manor was decent and made Hummingbird at least worth checking out. It definitely exceeds those expectations though.
I don't care what any reviews say, I'm going to be in love with a schoolboy when this comes out. I mean, it'll make me feel like a schoolboy.
I downvote you because the way you type sounds like a thirteen year old in my head. If you tried for some regular, decent discourse you'd be fine in my book. Just tone it down a notch.
The Behave Yourself EP was really fantastic, and I've always wanted them to reach that potential again. This could be good, but we'll see.
"Dark Star" would have been my pick from The Information. That or "Cellphone's Dead."
I agree. I kind of feel like "Loser" is on here solely because of its ubiquitousness.
My humble little comment: I personally am glad to see Embryonic up so high.
You're either legitimately annoying or trying too hard.
Bomb the Music Industry!? Dang. Was never a huge fan, but I liked their style.
I didn't notice the Shins on the list either; if I remember right, it got BNM when it came out.
Dude. Other People is effin amazing.
