The first amendment prohibits the government from making laws that impede free speech. An organization saying they don't like his video for whatever reason has nothing to do with violating first amendment rights. If the government was going to make a law prohibiting using Nazi imagery in a music video then he could make that complaint. He has a right to make the video just as people have a right to criticize it.

I hate that when someone does something and someone else doesn't like it the original person is like "well like first amendment dude". The first amendment has nothing to do with this! The government isn't pulling the video or putting you in jail because of your video. The first amendment doesn't make you immune from criticism.
