I get why people hate the final version of this song, but I've always kind of loved it. This instrumental version is pretty great.

I had this AND Flood on cassettes. A few years later I did the whole Columbia House scam and got both on CD (post-longboxes though).

I dunno. That White Denim record sounds like a mid-level jambad hit the studio and the not like the band that made D or Corsicana Lemonade. I mean, "Big Big Fun" sounds a whole lot like Phish's "Twist". I don't know if it's the lineup change or what, but Stiff is pretty meh.

You guys are all gonna downvote me for this, but I don't think this is that bad. And he's actually wearing a shirt! I've listened to the album once through and it's kind of a mess, but it's catchy. I don't blame anyone for liking it.

I watched most of the show in a bar without sound. I didn't know who half of those people were until I got on the internet when I got home. The only thing I wish I could have heard was Kendrick's performance, which looked awesome. Eventually there'll be a youtube clip of that performance that stays up for more than 15 min, right?

Honestly, if they just replaced all of those synths with guitars then this would be a MUCH better song. Like, it has great bones, but the adornment is all wrong.
