"He’s also been merciless to abuse survivors like Lady Gaga and Kesha." Can you elaborate on this? I only know him to be a huge champion of Lady Gaga.
His voice and this song in particular reminds me a lot of The Tragically Hip.
I have heard their music, but didn't want to punch it.
I didn't know I was capable of wanting to punch music before this track.
Sir Babygirl is, how you say, not for me.
The tactics Les Moonves uses here with Janet are very similar to what Howard Stern described a few weeks ago on his show about the lawsuit CBS brought against Howard in the 00s. Les is a ruthless, heartless motherfucker. I'm sure the Stern rant is on youtube or something. Worth listening to.
I wouldn't call being fully nude and covered in bronze to match a leather couch "wearing blackface". The photo doesn't strike me as having anything at all to do with race. (I'd post a link, but it's easily found and NSFW). Kirin is a distasteful character...I mean, he's pissing on himself on the album cover, but I don't think racism claims are fair here.
I would have have preferred a Prince/Kendrick album with noine tracks on it.
I had to "breakdown" and listen to the song to remember, but once I heard a measure of that sick bass line, it all came back to me. the Layne Staley / Jim Morrison description really should have been enough though.
Can someone try to get me to remember what the song "Breakdown" sounds like by describing it? I want to get there without having to listen to it. Posting lyrics is fine. I feel like Tantric was that band that had a video where the singer was doing Kung-Fu moves in a silk Kung-Fu uniform on a rooftop, but that was probably another band from around the same time.

This song sounds really good. Looks like there's a new drummer and guitar player since other recent live performances. I recognize Todd Wisenbaker on guitar, but not the drummer.
This really sounds like a Wilco album.
Were Default and Finger 11 busy?
"Southbound" by Thin Lizzy
Maybe their purpose is to yell over Justin Bieber trying to explain to them how to find their purpose tho?
