Looks like Baldi's finding a good balance between "Attack On Memory" and his older, more pop influenced material. Looking forward to hearing the whole album.
I could picture Tim and Eric doing something like this with a cocktail lounge version of "Lounge Act" playing in the background.
Glad to see Mark McGuire getting some much deserved praise here. Album is fantastic.
Next week we can expect Bill Callahan to release his long lost Elliott Smith trap mixtape.
"If I had a dollar for every time I heard you guys on the radio....I'd probably have a lot of dollars....right?!?!....right? I'm entirely unsure right now." I'm fairly certain Chris Booker thought they were Imagine Dragons.
Hearing this song after all the aggression and turmoil of "Attack On Memory" (which I loved, was my favorite record of 2012) makes it so much more gorgeous. Glad Dylan Baldi isn't milking the angst for all its worth. It's a much needed release.
"Hurry up with my damn massage." Yeezus confirmed to be the new Nostradamus prophecies.
Alternate title "Benny Was A Friend Of Mine" was scrapped early
Very excited for Nirvana's induction, well deserved but also a bit inevitable. Wish the committee would've taken some bigger risks and a chance to make some sort of cultural impact by inducting The Replacements and N.W.A. Maybe next time...

Great to see Beyonce #BREAKFREE from the norm with her release. - Sent from my Virgin Mobile phone
As long as I can still the "LISTEN UP MOSH PIT MONSTERS" ad on my phone, I'm okay with this.
A Beatles best to worst is surely a no-win scenario.
I mean, what would Juddy-Juddy-Juddy Apatow think?
Not sure I see where you're coming from with the disses on the studio version of "In Circles" but a pretty solid list to get people interested in the band. I might've included some Fire Theft songs as well. Pretty stoked "8" was on there.
ONE GOOD GIRL'S WORTH A THOUSAND GALLOPING HORSES.
Doubt they'll play Sasquatch if they're already playing the Gorge on August 8th.
"Oh awesome, the new Black Flag album is streaming! Can't wait to hear it," Greg Ginn alone said.
My favorite part is where she samples the "Thor: The Dark World" trailer at the beginning of every track. Bold move.
YEEZY SEASON APPROACHIN...LATER THAN EXPECTED...ACTUALLY...NEVERMIND ITS NOT HAPPENIN
This is going to be great for Drake's career. Anytime one of the Raptors leaves for a contract with another team, we can expect plenty of tracks about feeling betrayed and players not returning his texts.
As a die hard Remy Zero fan, I gasped just seeing their name mentioned. Seems like a good fit for Radiohead radio since they opened for Thom and co. during the "The Bends" tour. It'll be interesting to see how Apple tweaks their algorithm though. I like the concept of Discovery but sometimes get bummed out when a radio station goes way too far off the grid. Hard balance to find.
"She & Him re-ignited the timeless question of smartphone usage at concerts" I recall my grandparents talking about this some issue when recalling going to concerts in the 1950s as well.
My wife was talking with her coworkers a few weeks ago and mentioned Kurt Cobain. Her coworker said "oh yeah, wasn't he like really into drugs for a while but then he turned around and is doing a lot better these days?" He and they VT Mascot should hang out.
"Farewell and Goodnight." To me, it's one of the finest and most distinct moments you can hear the Pumpkins as a "band." Gorgeous track.
Pretty good. Surprised at the new direction incorporating sampling. Though not sure "IHeartRadio OnDemand" is the best sample choice.
Wow, "Sleep Apnea" is stupid gorgeous.
Man, this is rough. I won't argue "Hey Ya!" at number one. The logic checks out. Idlewild tracks have no place on this list. I personally loved Speakerboxxx/The Love Below and it's a contender for my favorite Outkast album, but it's waaaaay too heavy on this list and I most of the tracks picked from it are a bit confusing. I would've included "Rooster" or "A Day In The Life of Benjamin Andre." "Rosa Parks" is crucial to making this list relevant. 10. Hootie Hoo 9. Day In the Life of Andre Benjamin 8. Elevators (Me & You) 7. ATLiens 6.Ms. Jackson 5. So Fresh, So Clean 4.Spottieottiedopaliscious 3. B.O.B. 2. Rosa Parks 1. Hey Ya
