Jesus Christ, does anyone proofread this shit before it's posted? The complete lack of copy editing is shameful.
I've never seen such a brutal "FUCK my life" look in someone's eyes before. Also, he looks like someone's dentist now.
They had one set up in the pavilion when I saw Aerosmith in Columbus, OH back in '94

Good lord, did anyone even listen to the mix before they started playing?
Because Jack White is so very important to the history of Nashville...
"it starts to feel a little weird to be an adult in 2014 and still be sitting around talking about Zeppelin obsessively." This is the shit that bothers me about modern music journalism. Just because you listened to a band a lot in high school doesn't make them some fad that you should be embarrassed about. This is some of the most important music in history, not a fucking neon green fanny pack. Embrace the music that encouraged you to expand your horizons and discover new things. Don't be so quick to relegate them to the past. The truth is, most of the new music that you're allowing to occupy your time will be forgotten far sooner than a band like Led Zeppelin. The reason that listening to Led Zeppelin in high school is such a common experience isn't because we're all stupid when we're young. It's because their music opens your ears to new sonic possibilities and encourages you to look beyond the manufactured top 40 bullshit that seems inescapable when you're a misunderstood teenager trying to find your place in the world.
Doorman seems like an ok guy, but the owner is clearly a dick.
Adam Levine does a terrible Michael Jackson and Jimmy Fallon doesn't know the difference between Iggy Azalea and Charlie XCX. Good to know.
"...once you become a serious fan, it'll grow and grow in your estimation..." I guess our fandom just isn't serious enough. :\
Putting 'Highway to Hell' that low on the list is just ridiculous. You might personally take offense to Mutt Lange's influence, but there's no way it's not in a two-way tie for #1 with 'Back in Black'. 'Powerage'? Gimme a break. Objectivity went right out the window with that placement.
And why is she only now talking about this 43 years later? "Marianne Faithfull has a new album called Give My Love To London coming out on 9/29." Oh, right. Now it all makes sense...
