Well said and I agree. Just tend to get frustrated with the negative tone sometimes. Because SP were one of those bands that spoke to me during my college years in the early 90's. I realize we can't critique in a vacuum and always will end up comparing albums. But this is 2020 and Siamese Dream is now 27 years old. SP will never approach anything remotely close to those days...and I am ok with that.
Let's stop pretending bands like SP and others are ever going to return to their glory days. Not happening nor is it based in reality. That is why we continue to look for new artists that are fresh and original!
