My car is dead because it hates cold weather as much as I do so I'm stuck at home. I could be doing productive things like laundry or school work but instead I've been napping, watching Y&R, and getting annoyed by people on FB. So, pretty good I guess?
My 7 year old son really loves the Petting Zoo. During the summer, he watched it every Wednesday but when he started going to school I watched it during the day and then didn't show it to him. After a few weeks he asked if they were still posting "those animal videos on that blog you love." So, I'm pretty sure the news that this is the last Petting Zoo will ruin his life. :( X 1,000.

I am currently watching the Super Bowl but earlier I watched the Puppy Bowl and I just want to say that Mandy the dachshund was not a disappointment. Within the first 10 minutes she had snarled and barked at another dog to steal the toy and then she made a touchdown. Classic dachshund. They are bitches.
So, what's everyone eating? I tried a chorizo queso recipe which turned out pretty well and we're having slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches. Oh, and brownies.
Darn. I really thought these were going to be cocktail recipes! I will be drinking boxed wine or if I'm feeling especially ambitious I'll make margaritas. I have a recipe that uses beer and even though I hate beer, I love the margaritas!
How do we know GW didn't just write that date down before he died because it was important - like the date of his next powered wig fitting, or dentist appointment? Also, is next week the finale? Such a strange thing to have it off for so long and then bring it back for just two shows. Aw well…such is TV. More skinny jeans!
