I SINCERELY HOPE you were joking about Monica and Chandler's kids inheriting anything from them. Dem babies were adopted. #ignorance
I saw the table read of this at SF Sketchfest in January. HILARIOUS. The actors couldn't get some of their lines out, they were laughing so hard. Can't wait!
I looooooooooooved Peter Alsop when I was a kid and saw him live several times no braggo.
Thanks to a recommendation from Michelle Collins, I just watched an entire (first?) episode of the Jaleel White-hosted show Total Blackout, which I had never heard of until now, but which made me shake from silent laughter at my desk. I know it's more long-form than you guys usually do, but wow. TOO funny. http://www.hulu.com/watch/354275/total-blackout-entering-the-darkness
We must move to a place of acceptance about how long we have to wait for it. Also, BUNK! Wheee!
1570!!! That was harder than I thought it would be!
Ohohoho, man. This show makes me want to tear my hair out and yet I love it SO much? Why did Jasmine and Crosby have to get married so fast?! (She is terrible and the doctor was so nice.) How did Julia and Joel get an appointment at an adoption agency AND a kid in like 36 hours?! Why would Sarah break up with her boyfriend who she loves so much the night before a family wedding, ensuring her misery at said event?! Why wouldn't Crosby even sit down with Adam (almost called him Nate) and TALK about $2 million?! Why does Haddie think she deserves a free ride to Cornell and do student loans (huge, shitty ones, I know) not exist in the Parenthood universe?! Why didn't Amber just find another job and date Bob?! Why do I hate Sydney SO much?! (Can't wait for the inevitable clash between her and Vince.) GODDDDDDDDD. The only thing I heartily approved of was those teens sexing each other. In other words, WHEN DOES THIS SHOW COME BACK??
KELLY I AM SO MAD ABOUT LITERALLY EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON IN PARENTHOOD.
YES!! Rifftrax is always amazing. I am also annoying everyone on Facebook with weekend-related ramblings 'cause it was just TOO GREAT to shut up about. I didn't meet Paul Rudd (I'd die) but we were staying at the same hotel as him, Poehler, and most everyone from Wet Hot so we kept running into all of them in the lobby. And I went to an afterparty where I was able to ogle all the funny people I adore from a few feet away and say, "Hi, Andy!" to Andy Richter which was like the maximum amount of chat-time I could handle with a person I love so much. Just saw more Wet Hot photos posted here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/24/wet-hot-american-summer-original-cast-performs-sf-sketchfest_n_1229360.html
I was at the Wet Hot American Summer show! It was INSANE. Most of the original cast members were also at the table read of the They Came Together screenplay reading the next morning (also by Wain/Showalter). Between those two and the ASSSSCAT shows, I kinda had my mind blown this weekend. Sketchfest foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I said it last night and I'll say it again: Hattie would never listen to Taylor Swift.
Casino Royale's opening credits are a blast. (As is the rest of the movie.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nfc9GLxlhEw
TERRIFYING. Especially, I'm sure, to the two young children brought by their parents to this movie when I saw it. Cool parents.
Gabe, I think you focused so much on your sandwich metaphors that you forgot to read the article. He is neither replacing Matt Damon NOR playing Jason Bourne. GABE JUST GOT SANDWICHED!!!
Ugh, I remember so looking forward to seeing this movie and then walking out of the theater genuinely ANGRY, mostly because there are actors in it who are legitimately good at what they do and should have known better. One of my least favorites and biggest disappointments ever. So glad to see it get the WMOAT treatment. (I also hated Four Weddings and a Funeral because it never made sense to me why nice Hugh-Grant's-character would fall in love with such a c-word.)
I love this new feature non-ironically.
I just want to tell you that I am loving these.
