THANK YOU. I thought it was all in my head. It does sound a lot like Weezer, doesn't it?
I logged in for the first time in months to say BOOO. I can't believe monsters are actually trying to one-up each other on stupid jokes about a man's death. BOOOOO.
Sorry for coming off as aggressive, didn't mean to be that harsh. I just found the gif so inappropriate and might have overreacted a tiiiiny bit. There. Now let's go back to loving alpacas!
What made you think for a second that a Glee gif was in any way fitting or appropriate to the tone of the post? Ugh. UGH.
Seriously? SERIOUSLY? This is just plain horrible.
I just can't wrap my head around Smocke's motivation for leaving the island. He is a SMOKE MONSTER that can only take the appareance of DEAD PEOPLE. What the hell is there for him in the normal world? HE IS MADE OF SMOKE. Oh, and that little speech about how his mother was crazy... HE IS MADE OF PSYCHO SMOKE! What is his mother supposed to be? Ugh. And yet, I still love this show.
The only downside to finally kicking my Gossip Girl habit right before christmas (clean for the holidays!) is that I don't really enjoy the recaps anymore. To the point where I might start watching again. The only question is, what do I value the most, my eyes or lolz?
I caught a glimpse of Elvis Costello in there. I'm sold.
Ugh, ok, sorry to have to say this but... I get that you're trying to please your audience here Gabe, but if I wanted to see videos my mom forwarded to me yesterday, I'd un-block her on Gmail! (JOKE! She's not blocket! Yet!) All I'm saying here, is that Videogum is better than this. Sometimes you have to make a choice between what is POPULAR and what is RIGHT, Gabe! That's what that poster in my Eglish class sophomore year was about, right? What videos blogs should post? Nailed it.
You're right, there just aren't enough pictures of naked (famous) ladies on the internet! Why must we waste the precious internet space on a naked funny guy?!
This week's SNL was mediocre at best. Jude Law was pretty bland, and the writing was lazy. SPRIIIIING BREAAAAK or whatever. Oh and Gabe, the NBC site is restricted too. You've tried sending us there instead before... it was restricted then too. Stop trying to trick us foreigners!
I like how the trailer manages to capture the action and excitement of the movie. No, wait, sorry, meant to say that NOTHING HAPPENS IN IT.
I was going to send an e-mail about how the first video doesn't show for me, but I realized that: 1. I don't need to see it 2. No one needs to see it. This bug is helping make the world a better place.
I only have two concerns so far, and I know that you guys are totally excited to hear what they are: 1. The comments not being on the same page. Like Captain Boring said, I predict a lot of failed funnies because of repeat snark. Also, it makes it hard to follow the chronology of the comments (SAT word!) 2. Not being able to see the upvotes/downvotes on our own comments by going to the profile page. I can barely remember what I typed 17 seconds ago, so going back through posts to see if my fellow monsters validated my opinions and zings will be an issue. That's it, that's what I had to say. I'll go back to my cave now.
"a few times tries"? What? I blame this on the new design.
It took me a few times tries (and some yelling... quite a bit of yelling) but it finally happened in the end!
OK everyone, stop panicking! Call off the rescue team, I figured it out. Back to your day now.
I still don't know I make the hidden comments appear. Yelling "SHOW YOURSELF!" hasn't worked yet. All this change and technology is scaring this little muppet baby!
Or some of us are just getting up at 2pm, but in another time zone. A BETTER time zone, if you ask me.
