Does this album exist for sale on a cd? Or at the very least, are there any higher quality downloads available? Flac, maybe...

I am sorry guys, good try but where is the MAGIC of the original?

I absolutely love this version...maybe even more than the original. Very well done Elk City!!

You completely fucked up Find the River. This was once my favorite song and you had to turn it into some circus act acid trip song and ruin the whole meaning. FUCK YOU for doing it!!!!

I'm sort of disappointed in Rogue Wave's version of "The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonite". It's okay, but I was hoping for a new sound that contained more adrenaline than that. Oh well. "Man On The Moon" wasn't bad.

i love r.e.m. and don't say this lightly- this cover is better than the original. amazing work.

Man this version sucks butt with the multiple voices and slower gayness, while the original was REM's best song in my opinion. Shame on you

Lovely and sweet; makes me want to smile whereas the original is very solemn to me.

This is really disappointing. Ignoreland was such a formative proto-punk song for me as a thirteen-year-old and any reasonable cover would have amped up those angry qualities, not toned them down to lame, musically spineless whining. Very poor choice.

This is a ridiculously good cover of that song. I saw these guys in Seattle and they are an incredible band. Their original material blows me away.

like i said to frida herself in july (i bet she's forgotten it though), she's probably the best female singer in sweden. at least in my taste. it's her and miss li.

I'd say that Curt & Cris are both mocking and honoring this song at the same time. That's their approach to just about everything, their own music included. For this long-time fan of both bands, it's a little fun and at the same time moving, but not very much so in either sense.

Phenomenal! Bands that not just do a karaoke-like-cover always get me off!

Love it!

Naturalistic rhythms and sounds. Unexpectedly great.

I liked this a lot. It's good to see a cover not just a carbon copy of the original and the Wrens really give this a new angle. Lovely version.

In general I like covers that have a very different approach to the original song. This is very similar to R.E.M.s version. However it deserves an audience. The singer has a beautiful voice. It is so well done. Please take the time to listen.

Ouch this is painfully bad. Its as of the band were covering a song in a foreign language and had no idea what the song was about. I'm not a musician and I don't understand the correct terminology to describe why this sucks so bad - but the presentation was poorly related to the lyrics and the emotional content of the song

on 11. The Wrens - "Nightswimming"

WOW - I had to pull over to the side of the road to listen when this came on the radio at 99X Atlanta GA USA. I'm a R.E.M. fan but this cover affected me much more strongly than the original. I think its because the R.E.M. version is musically superior that the strength of the lyrics can easily be overlooked. You know, you can just kind of hum along shucking and jiving. This version is so spare that the beauty and compelling nostalgia of the poetry is impossible to avoid

Wow - I've just started to listen. THANKS for the effort to make this available, and post separate tracks. Much appreciated! Quite a discovery.

This "Tribute" cover album is truly poor, don't fix what ain't broken.
It is an awsome album, I know it and you obviously know it so lets leave it that way,I mean come on I know Andy Kaufman played them but Man on the moon with bongos or whatever the s**t that was. Please in the future don't bother.

Quit Your Day Job: Ungdomskulen
