As usual, I had not heard of this outfit before discovering them here, but I sure do like this song! Kind of old-school in a good way.

What bums me out is that the shoes actually look pretty cool. But having the whole thing be so "corporate" takes everything out of it for me.

Had not heard Pelican before. At first this sounded like a backing track instead of a song but I soon realized I didn't really miss having a growly guy cover up the guitar work. Powerful!

Gee, I kind of liked the Alphabeat version of DL - it's so retro! (I'm retro myself.) But indeed, the DP version is much more artistic and less, I don't know, selloutish.

I must confess that I had not been familiar with this band (even after all these years), but this song is definitely great and makes me want to hear more from them!

I see that Amazon has a lot of their CDs used at low prices, but which one should I get as an SL newbie?
