Cold Cave’s second proper full-length Cherish The Light Years amplified the urgency in Wes Eisold’s icy new wave, and was a hell of a record as a result. Recently Matador let go of a previously unreleased b-side from the record, “Believe In My Blood,” demonstrating that even the sessions’ castoffs were bloodier, faster, synth-earworm-ier than the first LP.
