Next month, Chicago duo Gauntlet Hair release Stills, the new album of dark and gothy new wave that Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s Jacobo Portrait produced for them. “Bad Apple” follows “Human Nature” as the second advance track they’ve shared from the album, and it’s a shivery, eerie, finely textured piece of work.
