Philadelphia’s Dr. Dog and New York’s Saint Rich are two bands who play dusty, lived-in ’70s-style rock music. They’re going on tour together later this month, and they’re a natural match for each other. And to celebrate the upcoming tour, they’re also releasing a free-online joint EP called Casual Freefall. This is one of those two-bands-cover-each-other deals. Dr. Dog cover Saint Rich’s “Dreams,” while St. Rich take on Dr. Dog’s “Rock & Roll.” Download the EP, which also has songs from both bands’ recent albums, at Noisetrade.
