Primitive Parts is the new side-project trio of Male Bonding members Kevin Hendrick and Robin Christian and Sauna Youth’s Lindsay Corstorphine; last week, we posted their song “Open Heads,” the ridiculously catchy first half of their debut 7″. That single is a double-A-side, and now we get to hear the other half of it. The song “Signal,’ like “Open Heads,” is a scrappy, strummy, catchy-as-all-hell DIY pop-punk song, and the combination of both of those songs make me good and excited for what this band might do.
