The late Tarka Cordell left behind a vast library of songs when he committed suicide in 2008, a body of work that counts many well-known musicians. A bunch of those famous Cordell fans including Evan Dando, Citizen Cope, and Lily Allen have covered his songs for a new compilation called Tarka & Friends: Life.
