Earlier this week, Future Islands performed for the first time on the Late Show With David Letterman, and they absolutely ripped shit, eliciting straight-up giggling glee from Letterman himself. And Letterman has not forgotten it. He called back to it during last night’s monologue a couple of times, without context, just yelling “Let’s dance!” And whoever runs his Tumblr also posted the gif above recently.
