The Adult Swim Singles Series is off to a great start with tracks by Giorgio Moroder and Machinedrum. For anyone who might not be huge on electronic music, though, and was hoping for something more in the vein of Adult Swim’s garage rock compilation from last year, don’t worry: Destruction Unit have got you covered. Now you can listen to the Arizona band’s in-the-red guitar freakout, “Dust,” which is a nice breath of rock music before the series takes a week off and then hits us with a double dose of experimental heavyweights Fatima Al-Qadiri and Tim Hecker in July.
