Better Call Saul Might Actually Be A Sequel

The Better Call Saul spinoff was confirmed by AMC (:-/) before the final episode of Breaking Bad aired, but avoided #SPOILING anything about who might live or die in that final episode by claiming that it was going to be a prequel, rather than a continuation of the series. That was a recap for those of you LIVING UNDER A ROCK GRAVE SOMEWHERE. But in a recent interview with IGN, Bob Odenkirk mentioned that, ah, that might not be true!:

Well, I’ve talked to Vince (Gilligan) and Peter (Gould), who are writing and creating the series, about this and I’ve said that a lot of people do want to see what happens to next to Saul. So, I don’t know what they’re going to do. I know they’ve talked about prequel, but they’ve also talked to me about sequel, and they’ve also talked to me about a mix of prequel and sequel.

That certainly makes the idea that Vince Gilligan might throw in some Walt and Jesse cameos make more sense. At the very least we will probably not have to see an old Aaron Paul dressed up as young Aaron Paul seeing Saul Goodman at the grocery store and calling him bitch, or whatever! But still: :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ WHAT DO YOU THINK? Want to see Saul Goodman living in Nebraska? Want to see what must be at least a somewhat forced Jesse-in-Nebraska cameo? DO U LOVE IT? WHAT DOES YOUR FACE LOOK LIKE?
