This week we have a whole bunch of movie trailers for movies that are going to be in theaters in the next few months but that are not in theaters yet. Do you want to see them? Here they are!
Trouble With The Curve
OK, the line “Get out of here before I have a heart attack trying to kill you” is a very good line. Everything else I could do without. This looks like the anti-Moneyball but the problem is I really liked Moneyball so why do I want to see its enemy?
Being white is harder than ever.
This is 40
This is not just their story. This is everyone’s story. Haha. No it’s not! I’m just saying, this is the new Judd Apatow movie, Paul Rudd is in it, we’re all going to see it, but this is not everyone’s story. It’s 2012! You can’t pass off heteronormative white people problem movies about being sad that you’re a little bit older and your kid is a brat and the music industry and trampolines as the way we all live now.
“Does anybody walk?”
Playing For Keeps
This is one of those instances where I feel completely satisfied by the trailer. I’m sure this movie has some things to say about celebrity and vanity and modern culture, and I’m sure it’s chock full of compelling visuals, but also it looks scary and gross and YOLO. This was a great three minutes! Congratulations to David Cronenberg on his son!
Frankie Go Boom
Is it just me, or is it low budget independent comedy season? There are so many low budget independent comedies these days! Who can keep up? We can. We’re a blog and that’s our job!
