Monday’s Access Hollywood had a sneak preview of the preview for the Paul Rudd/Jason Segel bromance comedy I Love You, Man, and it seemed kind of “eh.” Now there’s a full trailer, and it’s amazing how much better a movie can look when the trailer isn’t narrated by Billy Bush with highlights chosen by Billy Bush for an audience of people who like their previews fed to them by Billy Bush. He didn’t even show the funniest part, with the fart guy!:
Paul Rudd is carrying his own movie as a leading man again — this is huge, you guys. We need to get out the word and support our guy. There’s no reason this movie can’t be as good as Role Models, which, if you remember, also had a silly premise but ended up being fantastic.
