Cult Documentary Hands On A Hard Body Is Finally Available Online

Hands On A Hard Body, the 1997 documentary about competitors in a Texas car dealership’s unusual annual endurance contest, has, despite being a cult favorite, had an availability date of “unknown” on Netflix and was almost impossible to find at video stores (though it’s available for purchase on Amazon for $85.) As discovered by Waxy.org, the movie is now streaming free in its entirety on Google Video. The film follows the 1995 contest, where 24 people tried to keep their hands on a truck for the longest amount of time in order to win it. It lasted 77 hours. Here’s the trailer:

Why hasn’t Will Ferrell optioned this as a comedy yet?
