James Blake has been teasing his Overgrown followup for what feels like forever. So far, we know that it’s called Radio Silence, that it could feature collaborations with Kanye West and Justin Vernon, and that it’s scheduled to come out in the first half of this year. French radio station France Inter (via Reddit) now notes that it looks like Radio Silence is slotted for release in April, though they don’t provide an exact date. That would certainly track with what we know so far, but right now it’s all speculation. He has been performing a ton of new tracks live, though. You can watch Blake performing a new song called “Forever” during Art Basel last year below.
UPDATE: Blake’s manager tells us there are no plans to release in April.
