Earlier this month, the Canadian producer and Grimes collaborator Doldrums released his The Air-Conditioned Nightmare album. If you ordered the special “Loser Edition” of the album, you also got a bonus 7″ with a couple of extra tracks, and one of those tracks is up on the internet right now. “IDONTWANNABEDELETED” is a fast, urgent piece of low-tech dance music with a guest vocal from Samantha Urbani, the frequent Blood Orange collaborator, former Friends singer, and newly minted solo artist. The track is already hitting hard by the time Urbani shows up, and when she makes her entrance, she’s just screaming. It’s awesome. Listen below.
