Caribou’s Dan Snaith appeared on Jon Hopkins’ latest BBC Radio 1 Residency show and shared a new track under his Daphni alias. Snaith said the track is something he threw together to play in DJ sets and that it doesn’t have a title or raison d’existence. He continues: “It’s sloppily put together, poorly mixed, ineffective on the dancefloor and not fit for a purpose.” After all that self-deprecation Hopkins laughs “I’m sold!” Listen to the track here at the 27:45 mark.
