Bonnaroo Reveals Throwback SuperJam 2015 Lineup

Full-blown festival season is fast-approaching, and we’ve already seen artist portraits from Shaky Knees and Sasquatch! and heard Tom’s stories from Coachella. Bonnaroo will go down in Tennessee starting on 6/11, and this year’s lineup is overflowing with huge names. Kendrick Lamar, Belle & Sebastian, the War On Drugs, Florence + The Machine, Jamie xx, and the list goes on and on, and you can check it out in full here. Bonnaroo always has a smaller though equally impressive event to look forward to in the form of an artist-curated afterparty. The chosen musicians get together days before the event and determine how they can all work together to put on a once-in-a-lifetime show. Last year, Skrillex enlisted Lauryn Hill, Warpaint, Zedd, Doors guitarist Robbie Krieger, A$AP Ferg, Janelle Monáe, and Thundercat. This year’s jam is billed as a “throwback dance party” and will feature: Pretty Lights, DMC (of Run DMC), Rob Trujillo (Metallica), Jack Antonoff (Bleachers), Chance The Rapper, Reggie Watts, Eric Krasno, Jamie Lidell, John Medeski, Karl Denson, Oteil Burbridge, Robert ‘Sput’ Searight (Snarky Puppy), Brian Coogan, Brownout Horns, Cherub, and Rhiannon Giddens. The SuperJam goes down 6/13 at 1:30 AM. Check out the poster above.
