Refused are currently making their way around the United States for their reunion tour in support of Freedom, their first new album in 17 years. Last night, they stopped in Portland at Doug Fir, which the band called the smallest venue on the tour so far. From the intimacy of these pictures, it shows. They played four tracks from the new album: singles “Elektra” and “Françafrique,” plus “Dawkins Christ” and “War On The Palaces.” White Lung and local act Don’t opened for them, and our photographer Colin McLaughlin was on scene to capture it all.
