Watch U2 Play “Two Hearts Beat As One” For The First Time In 26 Years

The North American leg of U2’s Innocence + Experience tour has already been eventful. The band are currently playing eight nights at Madison Square Garden, and we already sent Ryan Leas to get the full report on Sunday night’s set — which included a guest appearance by Lady Gaga for a rendition of “Ordinary Love.”

Last night, they continued the surprises by playing “Two Hearts Beat As One,” a track off War that they haven’t done for 26 years. For the encore, they also covered a snippet of Paul Simon’s “Mother And Child Reunion,” though they’ve done that one before on this tour. Watch several angles of “Two Hearts Beat As One” below.
