Both the National’s Matt Berninger and Menomena’s Brent Knopf have graced late-night stages with their own bands in the past, but they’ve never been on one late-night stage together … until now! The two of them brought their new collaboration EL VY to Conan yesterday and performed the title track of their debut album, Return To The Moon. They were joined by a three-piece backing chorus and Wye Oak’s Andy Stack on drums. Watch below.
