Trevor Noah debuted a new version of The Daily Show’s iconic theme song, “Dog On Fire,” at the end of last night’s episode. The song has been used since the show premiered in 1996, and Timbaland gave it the remix treatment. In all honesty, this new version doesn’t sound all that different. The beat is sped up a bit, and there’s some distortion creeping its way in, but all-in-all, fans of the old version probably won’t mind the change. Listen to Timbaland’s take and the original below.
