Skylar Spence released his new album Prom King in the fall of last year, which marked a fairly clear move away from the chillwave work he put out under the name Saint Pepsi and toward disco-infused, lyric-driven dance music. “I Can’t Be Your Superman” is one of the album’s singles, and in the accompanying video a manicurist fights off some badly-behaved men in her nail salon. There’s some violence, but there’s also a lot of great dancing. Watch the Maegan Houang-directed video below.
