Nef The Pharaoh is a 20-year-old rapper from Vallejo, California, and he’s signed to Sick Wid It, the long-running label founded by Vallejo royalty E-40. Last year, Nef came out with a self-titled EP that was one of our favorite EPs of last year. And now, he’s following it up with Neffy Got Wings, a new full-length team-up with the producer Cardo. The new tape is energetic and chirpy and fast-movie and fun, and it’s another indication that this kid has some big things ahead of him. We’ve posted the first single “#Saydaat,” and the tape also features appearances from people like Ty Dolla $ign and Mozzy. As Noisey points out, you can stream the whole thing below.

It appears that Neffy Got Wings is a SoundCloud-only thing for now, but maybe that’ll change.
