Brooklyn damn-near-legacy folk-rockers Woods are set to drop their ninth album, City Sun Eater In The River Of Light. They’ve already shared “Sun City Creeps” and “Can’t See It All,” but their latest offering, “Morning Light,” comes with more details about the release. The song is a beautiful layering of slightly psych-y guitars, and wispy vocals that float like a plastic bag caught in an updraft. It’s more of the purely pretty stuff we’ve come to expect from the band for a decade now. Along with the song comes the announcement of a partnership with Habitat skateboards for a signature deck collab and extended tour dates to commemorate 10 years on the indie scene.
