Soulful producer RJD2 recently dropped his excellent album Dame Fortune, and it’s full of instrumental wandering from an eclectic melding of genres. One of the standout tracks was the single “The Sheboygan Left,” and today it gets the visual treatment. The clip, directed by Keenan Parry and Danny Rogers (aka The Wizard And The Bear) finds dancers Anna Sekan and Adam Dickerson prancing through the NYC subway system chasing a cloud of colorful gas and fireworks. They make a stop in the iconic Grand Central Terminal and frolic through several stations along the A/C/E line, going wherever the cloud takes them. When they emerge from underground, they disappear into the tall buildings that make up Manhattan’s congested skyline, the cloud floats above, looking for others to take on an adventure. Watch.
Dame Fortune is out now.
