Nite Jewel released Liquid Cool, her newest album of darkly glowing bedroom-R&B, a couple of weeks ago. And today, she’s given us a video for the heavily slinky album track “Boo Hoo.” Director Emilia Kurylowicz’s clip is pretty much just Ramona Gonzalez dancing on rooftops, washing a car, and drinking champagne out of a Big Gulp cup. But it works anyway, thanks to Gonzalez’s charisma and the video’s own Californian neon-noir atmosphere. Watch it below, via Gorilla Vs. Bear.
