A new festival called Soulquarius is coming to Orange County in February. Billed as an “R&B jam,” the event’s stacked lineup features R. Kelly, Erykah Badu, The-Dream, BJ The Chicago Kid, the Internet, Brandy, Ja Rule and Ashanti, Jhene Aiko, DMX, Willow Smith, the Pharcyde, and more.
