Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles” might no longer be the #1 song in the land, but it’s still a marker of how far they’ve come that they can now bring their candy-trap to daytime television on Ellen. Today, the duo did a fun, anarchic version of “Black Beatles” on the show, with Ellen DeGeneres introducing them as “an overnight success,” like “No Flex Zone” never happened. They didn’t have Gucci Mane with them, but Slxm Jxmmi had a new haircut, Swae Lee had some high-heeled boots, and the two of them had boundless energy. They also did a quick Mannequin Challenge just as the song was starting. Watch the performance below.
