Garth Brooks’ Digital Music Store GhostTunes Is Dead

True to its name, GhostTunes is dead. Billboard reports that the digital and physical distribution platform, which Garth Brooks launched a little over two years ago and which no one even knew existed, is being folded into Amazon Music, surprising no one. Brooks’ music has been streaming exclusively on Amazon Music Unlimited for a few months now, and today, GhostTunes sent out an email thanking its users and announcing a “new partnership with Amazon Music” that will allow subscribers to transfer their library to Amazon for free. GhostTunes, we hardly knew ye.
