Way the hell back in 2005, the veteran Boston underground rappers Mr. Lif and Akrobatik, working together as the Perceptionists, released a really great and underappreciated album called Black Dialogue. They broke up soon after, but now they’ve reunited, and their new LP Resolution is coming out next month. We posted first single “Hose Down,” and now they’ve made a video for the song with director Malcolm Critcher. The new clip draws explicit parallels between the current protest movement and the Civil Rights struggle. Check it out below.
