Back in the early ’90s, Allison Wolfe led the great feminist punk trio Bratmobile, one of the most important bands of the early riot grrrl scene. And she’s stayed active in underground music ever since; right now, she leads the LA punk band Sex Stains, who released their self-titled debut last year. But now Wolfe is doing something a bit more surprising: A podcast for Tidal. (The podcast part isn’t especially surprising. Lots of people have those. But the fact that it’s for Tidal is pretty weird!)

Wolfe is the host of the brand-new podcast I’m In The Band. And the first episode, which just launched, features Wolfe interviewing Donita Sparks, frontwoman of the recently-reunited L7, another great band that fucked a lot of people’s shit up in the early ’90s.
