Next month, Chris Stapleton will release his second album of the year, From A Room: Volume 2 (Volume 1 came out in May). He’s already shared “Millionaire” from it, and today he’s put out another single, “Scarecrow In The Garden,” a twangy and dry song that lets a devilish fable play out over its three minutes.
