Van The Man! The tie that binds. To celebrate Morrison’s ubiquity as film-soundtrack fodder, he’s set to release Van Morrison At The Movies: The Soundtrack Hits, a collection of 19 of his classic cuts, presented “as they’ve been featured in films.” Yeah, we all have these songs already, but the comp is pretty cool, and the incentive to completists is a previously unreleased live version of “Moondance.” Here’s the tracklist:

01. “Gloria” (performed by Them) – The Outsiders
02. “Baby, Please Don?t Go” (performed by Them) – Wild At Heart
03. “Jackie Wilson Said (I?m In Heaven When You Smile)” – Pope Of Greenwich Village
